2-year warranty

Every Jipfish product comes with a standard 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll make it right: repair, replacement parts, or a new product if needed. This warranty doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Built for the outdoors

The wagon is made of FSC-certified beech plywood with a protective finish and a powder-coated steel frame. A rain shower along the way is no problem: dry it off and store it somewhere dry. Just don't leave it outside permanently; that's the one thing wood won't forgive. You'll find all care tips in our maintenance guide.

What's covered

Material and manufacturing defects. Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from improper use or overloading, third-party repairs or modifications, and damage from prolonged exposure to water, fire, drops or impact.

Something broken? Here's how it works

1. Email hello@jipfish.com with your order number, a short description, and a photo or video.
2. You'll hear from us as soon as possible with a solution.
3. Within warranty, we cover everything, including shipping.

Always contact us first before sending anything back. Unannounced shipments incur a €14.95 handling fee.

Repairs outside warranty

Also possible. If the repair costs more than €50, you'll receive a quote first. If you then decide not to proceed, we charge €24.95 in assessment costs plus €6.95 return shipping. Shipping to us is at your own expense; pack securely and use tracked shipping.

30 days to be sure

Take your time. You have 30 days from delivery to decide whether the Jipfish Wagon is right for you. Not convinced? Return it and get a full refund. No fine print.

How it works

1. Email us at hello@jipfish.com within 30 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return your order.
2. You'll receive a free DHL return label with instructions as soon as possible.
3. Once we've received the return, you'll get the full amount back within 14 days via your original payment method.

Good to know

Returns are free of charge. The wagon must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Unfolding it and taking a proper look, just as you would in a store, is of course fine. If there are clear signs of use after all, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the decrease in value.

The legal part

Within the EU you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Jipfish voluntarily extends this to 30 days for unused products in their original packaging. A model withdrawal form is available on request.
