Something wrong with your Jipfish product?

If something’s broken or not working as it should, we’re here to help. Just follow these steps:

  1. Tell us what happened. Go to our contact page and include a description, order number, and a photo or short video.
  2. Wait for our reply. We’ll review your case and respond with a solution.

Already sent something back without telling us?

No worries — we’ll do our best to locate it and process the repair. We charge a small handling fee of €14.95.

What’s covered under warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all Jipfish products against manufacturing defects.

Not covered:

  • Improper or heavy use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Third-party repairs or changes
  • Water/fire/drop/impact damage

Need a repair that’s not under warranty?

No problem. If it costs more than €50, we’ll send a quote first.

No go? We charge €24.95 for the check + €6.95 return shipping.

Who pays for what?

  • Within warranty: We pay.
  • Outside warranty: You pay for shipping to us. We handle the rest.
