Take your time. You have 30 days from delivery to decide whether the Jipfish Wagon is right for you. Not convinced? Return it and get a full refund. No fine print.
How it works
- Email us at hello@jipfish.com within 30 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return your order.
- You'll receive a free DHL return label with instructions as soon as possible.
- Once we've received the return, you'll get the full amount back within 14 days via your original payment method.
Good to know
Returns are free of charge. The wagon must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Unfolding it and taking a proper look, just as you would in a store, is of course fine. If there are clear signs of use after all, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the decrease in value.

That's not a return but a warranty case, and we'll take care of it. See our warranty page or contact us directly.
The legal part
Within the EU you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Jipfish voluntarily extends this to 30 days for unused products in their original packaging. A model withdrawal form is available on request.
