Orders are packed with care and shipped the next business day via DPD. We don't ship on national holidays — we’re out exploring too.
If you're in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can usually expect delivery the day after we ship. Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on Mondays.

Shipping is free on orders over €150. For orders under €150, a flat rate of €6.95 applies.
Yes! In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, you can select a DPD Pickup Point at checkout.
No — Jipfish currently only ships to countries within the EU.
We don’t ship on:
- January 1 – New Year’s Day
- April 27 – King’s Day
- December 25 – Christmas Day
- December 26 – Boxing Day
