JIPFISH will endeavor to ship your items to you within 1 week of purchase. We ship from the Netherlands with DPD Shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided with each order and can be tracked internationally here: https://www.dpd.com/tracking.
We will only ship to the address on the invoice, and separate orders for combined shipping are not possible.
We are unable to ship to Russia at this point with DPD due to the current import border control policies in Russia.
We are also not able to ship outside the EU and UK at the moment. We do, however, ship to Norway and Switzerland. If your country is in the EU and you don't see a shipping option, please contact us at email@example.com and we will give you a shipping quote.
Countries within the EU trade zone need to add 21% BTW (VAT) tax to the order. Those outside of the EU trade zone are tax exempt, and you may incur customs and duty charges when importing these goods into your country according to local laws. It is illegal for us to mark values lower than stated on the invoices, or send as gifted.
Order cancellations must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We endeavor to process the cancellation within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to contact us via email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item, for approval of return.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
JIPFISH will cover the cost of return shipping ONLY if the item being returned/exchanged has a serious manufacturer's defect or flaw. Small cosmetic flaws are not considered valid reasons for us to cover the cost of return shipping.
Delivery confirmation and insurance are highly recommended.
JIPFISH is not responsible for items that are lost by DPD or any other delivery provider, including purchases, returns, or exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or return if the item returned is not in new, unused condition.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To return an item to us, please first email us with a returns approval request with a subject line marked: JIPFISH RETURNS. If accepted, we will inform you of the return address by email.
