Warranty
That’s our promise: at Jipfish, you get a standard 2-year warranty on every product. If something goes wrong due to a material or manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

If something’s broken or not working as it should, we’re here to help. Just follow these steps:
- Tell us what happened. Go to our contact page and include a description, order number, and a photo or short video.
- Wait for our reply. We’ll review your case and respond with a solution.
Already sent something back without telling us?
No worries — we’ll do our best to locate it and process the repair. We charge a small handling fee of €14.95.
What’s covered under warranty?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all Jipfish products against manufacturing defects.
Not covered:
- Improper or heavy use
- Normal wear and tear
- Third-party repairs or changes
- Water/fire/drop/impact damage

No problem. If it costs more than €50, we’ll send a quote first.
No go? We charge €24.95 for the check + €6.95 return shipping.
Who pays for what?
- Within warranty: We pay.
- Outside warranty: You pay for shipping to us. We handle the rest.
